Due to high demand for the workshops and a number of increased costs relative to pre-ordered materials from suppliers, additional staff and refund processing fees, we kindly request that if you can no longer attend the workshop you’ve booked that you email jenna@aspenandivy.co.uk a minimum of 14 days in advance of your workshop date for a refund to be processed. If you have to cancel due to exceptional circumstances within 14 days of your workshop, the value of your ticket will be transferred to in-store credit.
